2 points are awarded for each box checked in the DONE or NOW columns
1 point is awarded for each box checked in the PLAN column
5 points are awarded if PLAN is checked for the FREE Home Energy Assessment
10 points are awarded if DONE is checked for the FREE Home Energy Assessment
Recognition :
Energy Star >= 20 Points (4 raffle tickets)
Energy Champion >= 30 Points (6 raffle tickets)
Energy Wizard >= 40 Points (8 raffle tickets)
1 point = 1 raffle ticket

A raffle drawing will be conducted each time that 20 forms have been submitted or at the conclusion of a campaign sponsored by a municipality or organization
